Tomorrow I go in for the ultra sound. To be honest I am a bit tired of the testing and waiting on results. That is the human side of me. Spiritually I love the opportunity to get to know my Lord in a deeper way as I rely on His strength and experience the peace He gives. The prophet Isaiah wrote in chapter 26, verse 3 these words, "You will keep in perfect peace him [or her] whose mind is steadfast, because he [or she] trusts in you." Thank you Lord, that I am able to trust you with my life!!

    Thanks Joanne!! The doctor who did the ultra sound said he couldn't find anything to be concerned about. He'll let my surgeon know and we'll go from there.

    You have especially been in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. And I was wondering--would you like a visit of encouragement? I will be in Ireland from July 1-10...I'm not entirely sure of our group's itinerary, but I'm pretty sure I will be able to take an afternoon to come and visit with you.

    Thinking and praying for you. We know with God nothing is impossible (Luke 1:37).
    As I've learnt recently, things go as God plans not as we plan but if we are walking with Him we can get through everything. I know you'll manage to walk or be carried by Him through this process. Will be praying specifically on Tues.

Know that I am praying for you and remember that you are in the hands of the Great Physician and He is in control of all that goes on! You can fully rest in Him to work out all of the details!
